Negative experience - Software Engineer Eze Software Employee Review

Oh where do I begin? You don't get much recognition for your work. The atmosphere is too political with ADs getting one up over others to secure good marks. The main problem lies with the management which seem to encourage this kind of culture. The employee rating system is so bad and biased. The management in Hyderabad office cannot stand up to the people in Boston and hence the problems that the teams face don't get resolved and sometimes don't even reach the higher management. I have seen so many talented people leave the organization because of petty politics in Indian office. The management in Boston are also partly to blame for this.
