- A lot of responsibility right out of college, you learn a ton about the industry and software, you are not micromanaged. - Coworkers - Lots of marketable skills that open the door to future opportunities. - Managers who care about their employees
Cons
- Client Service is high stress, high turnover. - Extremely resource constrained (both in terms of budget and head count), there is not enough people to complete client work. - Pay is below average, salary raises are almost non-existent. -Work life balance can be very challenging.
