Business Outlook
Pros
Developers at all levels in the Atlanta office get a lot of freedom in their design choices and implementations. Work-Life balance is good (weekend work only for deployments or when there is a hot-fix that needs to get into the main software branch). Great benefits (health plan is really good, plus their matching on 401K is outrageous). The office environment isn't one of those "have fun at work" kind of places, but the colleagues are good and they have great snacks. Also, the bonuses for developers is pretty good.
Cons
Planning culture is currently in flux. Company is moving away from waterfall method and moving into agile development with all the pain that involves. I think this will smooth out over the next year.
