Pay restructure has capped a lot of salaries and raised a lot of concerns. The cost of living adjustment raises were sub-par and not even up to the national average. Hardly any raises were given whether they were earned or not. It seems the company is stagnating and taking a downward turn in terms of ability to move up and increase salary. Hours are not the standard workday. Strange or lack of reporting structure in places where there should be one. Disorganization as a result of the attempt to move to agile.
