Pros
This is a very young overall company with many kids recently graduated from schools. Very dynamic, fast pace, actively trying to apply latest industry innovations to the product. Located very close to South Station. Has a lot of ways to keep you entertained at work. Great if you are willing to learn latest technologies. Promotions if you are willing to work hard are quite feasible.
Cons
Office is uninspiring, packed and gets noisy - it is I guess old mill or factory from 19th century converted into a software sweatshop without much thought or design input. Processes are fragile and not enough automated. Despite being a quite large company, still feels immature. Codebase and toolchains are quite complex.
