Decent pay, some benefits which are better than none given the weird full time but contractor nature of the job, short commute.

Only one client, and company is mostly at the whim of the client. Client has some management issues that then permeate the company

Ability to work from home is the only positive aspect of working with this company. But it also makes it difficult to speak with subject matter experts, and very difficult to facilitate Project work

This company is run more like a hobby than a business. Projects are managed haphazardly at best. The company has no concept of what business analysis is, and has no interest in learning.
