Management is so horrible here. They'll take your suggestions then just throw them out the door no matter how many people complain. Get on someones nice list because if not then they'll treat you like crap They don't treat everyone equal either. Basically if you have kids you can do whatever you want and take off whenever you want. But if you don't do be a second late or leave early or you'll hear about it. People are extremely unprofessional there. Turnover rate there is so high. Trust me Ive seen it first hand. They also dont pay that well compared to industry standards
