Pays well Benefits are good Bonuses could be better for those in the offices and supporting roles

Cons

Supporting roles are overworked and NOT appreciated. Very much a male dominant company. They do not keep their word unless threatened with someone leaving. Will continue to abuse employee until they do leave.
