      non-existant. Nothing I can think of.

      Cons

      If you are a new employee, you are in for a huge disappointment, no effort toward. customer service, and even less effort to obtain a friendly work place. Less than adequate computer systems and they have changed their most important bank policies 3 times in the last 3 months.

      Pros

      Great training tools, some parts are self-guided, and I found them easy to follow. Everyone is kind and helpful. The pay is great to start and better with experience. We get to learn EVERTHING which I am so excited about.

      Cons

      You do get thrown right into the work sometimes, so you have to find your way around and just ask questions.

      Great coworkers, willing to help each out in any situation

      Cons

      Background checks are done poorly, we had several employee's with extensive criminal background. Upper management does not communicate with their employees, Barely any training in person
