      Good work life balance. Parking lot empties by 4:30pm !

      Cons

      The company like other infrastructure providers is being disrupted by the cloud providers, unclear if the new CEO has a viable execution plan. A very meeting heavy culture, where often candid views are neither shared nor espoused.
