      Pros

      Pay is decent Benefits are decent Generally people are good to work with Work/life balance (IF you work in the right team)

      Cons

      The company has lost is mojo and is being run by MBA bean-counters. The public cloud is starting to eat F5's lunch and new products are slow to fruition. Layoffs have happened 2 years in a row and will likely continue every year The company is extremely seattle centric so don't bother if you are looking to work in any other office

      Pros

      * I enjoyed the collaborative team culture. Everyone was supportive and willing to help each other. * The work-life balance was good, and the overall working environment was relatively low stress. * I had opportunities to work on large-scale enterprise products and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

      Cons

      * One area I felt could be improved was compensation growth. As my responsibilities and technical skills expanded, I was looking for opportunities that offered stronger career and compensation progression.
