A team of people who are passionate about what they do. Some of the most incredibly talented professionals in the industry, particularly in the pre sales team. A US senior management team that are working through the challenges of future proofing the company after some years of marking time. Local managers who try very hard to support their teams and create success and growth, whatever that looks like, for each individual.
Cons
Needs to shed the constraints of too many internal complex processes, procedures and rules if it truly wants to be agile. A shake up in benefits and work practices is needed. Pay levels are reasonable but the opportunity for top performers to be rewarded are diminishing. Hard work and long hours are often the norm for managers.
