      Diverse culture, Stable work life

      Cons

      Not able to keep up with the standard competitive market pay rates, atleast not in San Jose. Not able to utilize the employees properly. Too much politics in the upper management is not allowing good projects to come to San Jose which is really pathetic

      Lower than standard industry pay Corporate culture weeds out those who don't toe the line Weak management with little to no mentorship High turnover, downsizing regularly No direction or accountability within or across teams No advancement opportunity / only senior positions ever available
