Compensation is relatively good. Medical benefits are decent.
Cons
I worked on the Master Data Management (MDM) team. There is high turnover on the team including management. I consider many teams at F5 to be highly toxic and dysfunctional. Having worked for highly skilled managers in previous positions, I would consider F5 to be very deficient in terms of quality managers.
