      - Competent leadership - Industry leader - Dedication to improving - Rich technical platforms (Big- IP, NGINX, Shape) - Hardware if that's your cup of tea - The F5 Tower is pretty cool

      Cons

      - Each team has it's quirks so choose wisely - Acquisitions (NGINX and Shape) were smart, and challenging to integrate - Lots of tribal knowledge which makes it challenging when key people leave
