Pros
- Benefits - Free health insurance, wfh allowance(15k only), RSU shares. - good work environment with 2-monitors and high-end laptop. - wfh once in a week, leaves are good part. - compensation is good for new joiners only.
Cons
- Some managers, colleagues in middle/upper management do politics. They consider only those who bootlick them. - culture-wise they tell somany things but looks artificial. - they don't consider old employees much, always look for new joiners and give more compensation. - work-life-balance is most of the times is not great. They don't force but the work that is assigned will be hectic, so you tend to work on weekends or late nights. - The work is not great in India, mostly maintenance work. - company has been there since 25 yrs but headcount is 5000+ only. Cost cutting in headcount. - sometimes feel like a startup. Lot of companies which are 25+ yrs established have lot of policies, procedures, etc but they still work on many things to implement and still backward.
