      Pros

      Great culture and they take care of their employees with stock and killer health care benefits but they pay terrible

      Cons

      Pay is way under market value especially for the NGINX side and path raises are a joke. After not getting a raise in two years they gave my manager 14k to divide amongst 6 employees.

      Lower than standard industry pay Corporate culture weeds out those who don't toe the line Weak management with little to no mentorship High turnover, downsizing regularly No direction or accountability within or across teams No advancement opportunity / only senior positions ever available
