Pros
The executives and HR talk a good game about "people first," and they walk the walk. The care they have for their employees shows, and the management chains almost always reflect that. Nothing's perfect, but this is so good. The work is interesting and fun! There are all kinds of roles and career tracks, and there's room for advancement all over the place. I don't feel stuck, and there are options and choices. And being in the same place is okay, too!
Cons
The transition to agile development was (of course) tricky and we didn't get it right all the time. A massive cultural shift like that is going to be difficult. Shifting priorities can be frustrating. Using the latest and greatest tech, and then changing course weeks or months later because there's some key component that isn't supported and we can't make work can be frustrating, too. It's not all the time, but it happens.
