Pros
Company pays 100% of benefits, 4% match of 401K. It is obvious that the management team cares about retaining quality employees. From the CEO on down management is approachable and are involved in the day to day business. The overall culture of F5 is extremely positive. Employees are eager to help one another which is a sign that people are happy to be working for this company.
Cons
The company is expanding so rapidly that there are some growing pains.
