Pros
Civilized work environment- it's good to work for human beings. A good work-life balance is easy to maintain. People here are actually trying to make things better.
Cons
Waterfall model development rooted in the 70s. Monolithic releases that drag on and on (deathmarch). Upper management in development seems to have their head in the sand. Inadequate resource allocation for test, program management. Etc.
