Pros

Before it used to be okay but bearable because of the remote working options, now it doesn't have much going for it.

Cons

One of the things that made F5 special was its flexibility when it came to remote work options - recently the CEO decided to change this and now it will be mandatory for employees to assist 30 days every quarter, ridiculous. Imagine letting go of one the things that made you special - the reason? People that go to the office feel low energy when around few people so they want more people in the office, ha. Also bad work life balance in general, not enough people for the existing workload.

* I enjoyed the collaborative team culture. Everyone was supportive and willing to help each other. * The work-life balance was good, and the overall working environment was relatively low stress. * I had opportunities to work on large-scale enterprise products and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Cons

* One area I felt could be improved was compensation growth. As my responsibilities and technical skills expanded, I was looking for opportunities that offered stronger career and compensation progression.

Cons

Organization seems to be influx about where they are heading. Makes it hard to create goals for the entire org and get proper direction.
