Pros
Pay, benefits and perks all great. The company and many of the employees are big on charitable contributions and care about the community.
Cons
IT really frowns upon remote work, which is so surprising for a high-tech company. There were some REALLY bad managers who caused multiple good employees to leave, but even though HR and upper management was aware of the problems they did nothing. As the company grew, a lot of new management came in and the culture began to change. Less work-life balance - those putting in really long hours were the most valued. High turn-over in IT.
