Pros
Focus on work life balance, 4 day weekends every quarter, family health insurance (HSA) is largely paid for even with 2026 plan, health PTO, gym stipend. Company growth has been solid (excellent stock) and product direction. Francois seems to care about the company and this trickles through the levels.
Cons
Relatively open to remote work, though does focus often on HQ and office (Seattle / San Jose) for most hiring. Could benefit opening up nationally.
