Rotating shifts are brutal, stressful, low staffing, no standards, heavy workload at busy facilities. Training is the absolute worst, your career can be in the hands of employees who doesn't care or excel at their jobs. Bad employees are here to stay and often get promoted over the good, some managers are even worse.
