Pros
Good initial starting base pay if negotiated
Cons
Owner of company is rude and intimidating and goes against business partner. The owner Jim Borschow is incredibly rude with no understanding of collections as it is in the 2019. He consistently berates management over performance on a daily basis, provides some incentives but no clear goals or tiered program, and does not work in tandem with his more competent co-owner Angela. If you see an opportunity to work in this small office, the staff is great and friendly, but management is terrible. They spent a lot of money to put up a facade of a professional office just to impress investors and still treat their employees terribly. The office furniture is the bare minimum and will cause you immense back issues and the medical benefits are expensive and hardly cover anything. If you need a temporary job while looking for another, then give it a shot, but if you see a man by the name of Jim Borschow still not retired, even though his co-owner Angela has actually tried to keep people by assuring he would be soon, then RUN.
