      Pros

      A company that cares about their employees and their employees careers. What makes this company great is the people. There are some great benefits, cafeteria, on site gym, flexible work options, good benefits plan and community and socially minded company.

      Cons

      Pay is average and it is a medium sized company so advancement opportunities are fewer although there is a focus on growing/developing people in their current jobs.
