Lots of opportunity to work in cross-functional teams and to bring ideas forward to leadership to drive change and innovation. The culture is very open to thinking differently about the business.
Cons
They have a lot of people in senior roles who don't know what they are doing. They need to bring in some new people, fresh talent to drive new strategies forward.
