Pros
Accept their contract if you cannot find a job elsewhere. They give you 2 and a half years worth of experience which is enough to get your foot in the door.
Cons
The contract pays low. They have you interview other companies and if you accept you cannot back out. Other than that it isn't a bad company at all. If you drop out of the contract within the first 2 years you'll have to pay them back a large fee.
