Business Outlook

Pros

- Brilliant trainers, who are not valued enough by the company in my opinion. They have the best relationship and know the graduates best yet the account managers never seek help from them. They have great knowledge and vast experience to draw on and inspire the graduates. - Good training (not worth anywhere near £20k however) - Nice office -In general the people are very friendly and welcoming

Cons

- Sales Team! minimal interaction with candidates, they make their mind up who they like and dislike very early on and do not update their views. They put people forward for jobs they are not trained in ahead of people who are the heavily experienced. -Low pay - You can do everything they ask and still not get a job within 90 days (after completing your training) - Your two year contract only begins after you start a job with a client, this could be up to 6 months after you start your unpaid training

The majority of trainees are secured a placement before their 90 days, a lot of them are even placed before they finish their training and have a role waiting for them. Our utilisation rate is above 97%, and it is certainly not in our interest to have trainees without a placement.
