Pros

RUN AWAY! ITS A TRAP! You cant legally quit for 2.5 years if you join them. They have a training contract which says you have to either (a.) Join them as a consultant and sign another contract for 2 years or (b.) Pay $30,000 for 12 weeks training. The consultant contract locks you in for another 2 years and they dont give you any raise even though the country is facing high inflation. Their goal is to find extremely desperate people and make their slaves. They dont lie when they say they work with big companies, but its only because those companies want minimum wage people to work white collar work. Might want to try this company ONLY if you are more than extremely desperate for a job and dont mind working on minimum wage for an IT job which pays half of the normal market rate. But i would still not recommend it. There are so many resources nowadays available for free like Salesforce official training, cloud, power bi, youtube, coursera, servicenow etc. Just find a tool which you like and get trained from their official site and get certified, you will definitely get a job. It might take a little longer but it will be worth waiting for a few more weeks or months and will pay off. Its much better than getting trapped for useless work for 2 years.

Cons

-2 years of prison. -will be asked to sign a training contract to begin the training so that you either pay them $30,000 for useless training or sign another contract to be their slaves for another 2 years. -you’ll get paid minimum wage -get only 50% of pay for PTO as per their pay structure -401k match is only on 50% of your pay and 50% of what you put in upto 2% The training is only for people who got zero knowledge in IT. And nothing extra ordinary, everything you will learn is available on youtube for free.

Pros

It is a job that pays.

Cons

They will promise you opportunities that don't exist. The company they contract you to will promise you work that you will not be assigned. I was a Java Consultant with a masters degree in Math and certificate in full stack and I was shoved into a manual testing position that required zero coding and constantly dangled automation in front of my face. When I was asked to look at Selenium, I studied it in some of the copious amounts of downtime i had and was reprimanded during the next meeting for 'wasting company time'. I moved from Texas to New Jersey for my first position. After contracts with the company were terminated, I was pulled off my assignment only to be abruptly fired for "lack of geoflexibility" despite willingness to move to several places they do business including NYC and even Denver. There is no accountability from them as the only response they give is "the decision is final". There is no way to appeal a blatant lie. Their company has no integrity and side with business majors over people that know how chemicals and physics and electrical components work just seem like bad life decisions. They will say you can reapply but they won't hire you. They'd full of it at every angle.
