Cons
Easily one of the most exhausting places I've ever worked. The workload never ends, work-life balance is virtually nonexistent, and staying late is treated as an expectation rather than an exception. Leaving on time somehow makes you look uncommitted, despite being salaried and receiving no additional compensation for the countless extra hours you're expected to put in. Training is inadequate, yet expectations are sky-high. You're expected to magically know everything, and when you don't, you're questioned rather than properly supported. There seems to be little investment in employee development, making it a sink-or-swim environment where many people are set up to fail. Management talks a lot about culture, but the day-to-day reality is burnout, stress, and constant pressure. Employee appreciation often feels performative, with superficial events doing little to address the actual issues people face. Morale is low, turnover is high, and many employees seem to be counting down the days until they can leave. The company may achieve results, but it comes at a significant cost to the people doing the work. I would not recommend this workplace to anyone looking for balance, support, growth, or a healthy work environment.
