      Pros

      In all my years of executive coaching, this is one of the few progressive companies I have worked with that truly invests in its high-potentials' leadership development. They also have a talent management team that is incredible in aligning people with business strategies.

      Cons

      None come to my mind at this time. FGF leaders deal with whatever needs to be dealt with constructively.

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Flexible hybrid work.

      Cons

      Constant layoffs. I was laid off 7 months after starting, while on a business trip in a Kroger parking lot, with no explanation given. Layoff process was pathetic, no communication and had to threaten a lawyer to receive my severance payout. American politics are often discussed by Canadian upper management. Foul, unprofessional language is frequently used. Very unprofessional, unstable work environment. I would recommend looking anywhere else for employment.
