- ZERO work-life balance, people come in early, stay late, and take work home
-IT infrastructure is awful, they are trying to implement SAP but in the meantime everything is broken and little is being done to fix it because SAP is supposed to make everything better, we just have to be patient!
- Sales makes outrageous demands that everyone else has to bend over backwards to accommodate because top priority is to "service our customers", with no consideration for how it will impact other departments
- Little to no processes or documentation outside of Health & Safety, and there is major resistance to establish rules, "everything changes so quickly around here, what's the point?"
- Lots of finger-pointing and passing-the-buck when things go wrong, which is all the time
