Pros

Good owners, good pay. Nice lunches and wonderland.

Cons

I’m a leader at 200 fenmar. I’ve been working here for years. I think the owners does not know what is going on in this facility. They are always telling us that the company is fair. While we believe the owners are fair, we have experienced what it means to be unfair, bias and bullied. Example there was on opening for a shift leader at 200 fenmar, before posting the position so that everyone has an equal opportunity to Apply, a line leader was pulled in by the site leader and given the position. She told him to keep it on the down low that no one must know. This is being going on forever. After that position is given out to team members who can suck up and gossip With the site leader, then they would post it for everyone to see making it look like they are fair. Everyone knows and see through this. Everyone in this building has families to support in the Philippines. We have families to support here in Canada but that doesn’t mean we don’t know what’s happening. We are afraid to say anything because of bullying. there is so much that happening here and we cannot come forward to say anything. Most of the times we are asked what we think of a leader, because we have no complains we are forced to say something negative to make her smile. we are afraid of the afternoon shift leader and the site leader . thy are ate.

Thank you for taking a moment to share your feedback. We are working on several initiatives to ensure feedback continues to be provided to Tejus and Ojus. As an example, we recently conducted an anonymous Team Member Engagement survey, which we hope you were able to participate in, to provide feedback to us on where our areas of strength and opportunity are. At FGF we believe in a fair process and we will continue to work towards ensuring that our posting process is fair. FGF believes in career development through “home grown talent”, and as a result, we have promoted numerous team members into leadership roles. These individuals are going through leadership coaching training programs to help them develop their management and people skills. Thank you again, we appreciate your feedback and comments and take them seriously.

Pros

Good pay and benefits. Flexible hybrid work.

Cons

Constant layoffs. I was laid off 7 months after starting, while on a business trip in a Kroger parking lot, with no explanation given. Layoff process was pathetic, no communication and had to threaten a lawyer to receive my severance payout. American politics are often discussed by Canadian upper management. Foul, unprofessional language is frequently used. Very unprofessional, unstable work environment. I would recommend looking anywhere else for employment.
