I am a leader at 200 fenmar. Don't believe few negative reviews, FGF and Fenmar plant is a great place to work. What I love about FGF is that they are fair and recognition and promotions are given often but also based on performance and there is a process in place from what I have seen and been exposed to. It is through hard work and applying your talents that you get recognition and promotions. Just because you want more money or think you can do the job will not guarantee you a promotion. Of all my years at FGF i have always found the shift, line and site leaders to be very caring, they try to help us as much as they can. There is no favoritism if you do a good job it is acknowledged. There are also many ways to voice any concerns, many people you can reach out to and talk to if there is anything that you might be unsure of or unhappy about. Between the plant leaders and HR you have people who can explain decisions to you if you feel it was unfair. FGF is a great company that has created jobs for many of us, and continues to provide growing opportunities for the ones who want it but also deserve it and this allows us to continue to support our families in the Phillipines and in Canada. FGF is a great place to work many of my friends have been promoted through hard work and commitment.
