- zero privacy
- low pay for salaried corporate employees in the long run in comparison to other CPGs - don't expect a high-skilled, ambitious/ career-driven professional to last more than 2-3 years
- most employees are obligated to work well beyond their regular "9-5" hours without overtime pay
- if you have a company cellphone, you are indirectly expected to be on-call 24/7
- low bonus incentives
- low flexibility to work from home
- not much work-life balance (even though they advertise it to you)
- very low yearly salary increases
- they will advertise internal company promotions, but if they don't want you to leave your position (even if it is for your growth), they will find an excuse to not promote you
- lots of micro-management
