Pros
High energy, fast paced. Management does their best to keep workers happy.
Cons
Extremely long hours, you are expected to stay late, come in early with minimal notice. High pressure with minimal support from your leader, as they themselves are being pulled in different directions.

Thank you for your feedback. We do run 12 hour shifts and we are fast paced. We recognize this is not for everyone.
Relaxed atmosphere. High focus on internal development.
Cons
None that have been visible in my time with the company.

Pros
Good pay and benefits. Flexible hybrid work.
Cons
Constant layoffs. I was laid off 7 months after starting, while on a business trip in a Kroger parking lot, with no explanation given. Layoff process was pathetic, no communication and had to threaten a lawyer to receive my severance payout.
American politics are often discussed by Canadian upper management. Foul, unprofessional language is frequently used. Very unprofessional, unstable work environment. I would recommend looking anywhere else for employment.
