From beginning to end, the interview process at FGF should be the gold standard within industries. Not only was it extremely well organized, timely, and professional it had an overwhelmingly strong human element as the foundation for the entire process. From the first call you immediately knew you were talking with someone who was passionate and knowledgeable of the organization and the specific role - a true brand ambassador of everything FGF. They knew how to connect you to what the culture, environment, responsibilities truly were and how your strengths and experience would align within the role and company. From there, as you met with various leaders and stakeholders, it was all about fit - not just for them but for you as well. I can't speak highly enough of the overall process and experience.
