      The team was amazing to work with, everyone was really friendly and management had an genuine interest in helping you grow as a person and in your career. Annual team events to wonderland and other venues were always something to look forward to.

      Cons

      Lots of career opportunities to move up however favouritism seems to play a role in who is promoted.

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Flexible hybrid work.

      Cons

      Constant layoffs. I was laid off 7 months after starting, while on a business trip in a Kroger parking lot, with no explanation given. Layoff process was pathetic, no communication and had to threaten a lawyer to receive my severance payout. American politics are often discussed by Canadian upper management. Foul, unprofessional language is frequently used. Very unprofessional, unstable work environment. I would recommend looking anywhere else for employment.
