Each year, as part of our annual Team Member Engagement Survey we ask a question very specific to shift length preferences. The majority of our Team Members continue to be happy with the current shift lengths and days worked and this is one of the driving factors which determines our shifts.       Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Flexible hybrid work.

      Cons

      Constant layoffs. I was laid off 7 months after starting, while on a business trip in a Kroger parking lot, with no explanation given. Layoff process was pathetic, no communication and had to threaten a lawyer to receive my severance payout. American politics are often discussed by Canadian upper management. Foul, unprofessional language is frequently used. Very unprofessional, unstable work environment. I would recommend looking anywhere else for employment.
