      1. Numerous projects translating to decent exposure and that too in a very fast paced environment 2. Good hourly rate

      Cons

      1. The T&D team leadership is not suited to lead IT. Micro-management, lack of direction, improper understanding of standard IT processes all lead to a redundant work culture. 2. Project Management group is very directive and non-motivating. No one listens to your concerns even though every one talks about "Listening more". 3. Full-time pay and opportunity is dependent on the connection you made rather than your performance

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Flexible hybrid work.

      Cons

      Constant layoffs. I was laid off 7 months after starting, while on a business trip in a Kroger parking lot, with no explanation given. Layoff process was pathetic, no communication and had to threaten a lawyer to receive my severance payout. American politics are often discussed by Canadian upper management. Foul, unprofessional language is frequently used. Very unprofessional, unstable work environment. I would recommend looking anywhere else for employment.
