4yEach year, as part of our annual Team Member Engagement Survey we ask questions specific to shift length preferences. The majority of our Team Members continue to be happy with the current shift lengths and days worked. In addition, we continually enhance and audit our job posting process to ensure the most qualified Team Members get promoted, as part of our homegrown talent philosophy.
