      Company culture is unique and outstanding. I've been here almost two years and no other company I have worked for in my last 20 years even comes close. Team members are welcoming and helpful. Owners are onsite and approachable. True team spirit through and through. Work hard and rewarded well.

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Flexible hybrid work.

      Cons

      Constant layoffs. I was laid off 7 months after starting, while on a business trip in a Kroger parking lot, with no explanation given. Layoff process was pathetic, no communication and had to threaten a lawyer to receive my severance payout. American politics are often discussed by Canadian upper management. Foul, unprofessional language is frequently used. Very unprofessional, unstable work environment. I would recommend looking anywhere else for employment.
