      Welcoming and helpful team members. Team building events facilitate team spirit. Achievements and milestones are rewarded well. Company welcomes ideas for improvement. Owners are onsite and very approachable.

      Absolutely no negatives whatsoever! Best company!

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Flexible hybrid work.

      Cons

      Constant layoffs. I was laid off 7 months after starting, while on a business trip in a Kroger parking lot, with no explanation given. Layoff process was pathetic, no communication and had to threaten a lawyer to receive my severance payout. American politics are often discussed by Canadian upper management. Foul, unprofessional language is frequently used. Very unprofessional, unstable work environment. I would recommend looking anywhere else for employment.
