Pros
For an entry-level job for a recent graduate with very little professional experience, this job was perfect. Management had my back every step of the way, and I felt that I had full access to all the resources I needed to excel at my work.
The team had some really great people. Some of them had been working in the field for over a decade, and they were always happy to help me out or to give me some advice. Not a single ego in sight among the crew, and it showed in how well we were able to function as a team.
The salary was good. It was more money than I had ever seen, and I made enough to save up for better housing while covering all my living expenses. For someone who just got out of college, this was a huge deal.
Cons
I felt that I’d outgrown the position after being in it for so long. I probably could’ve found a way to move up in the company if I wanted to, but I also wanted some change in scenery.
