      Pros

      From what I’ve seen so far, there’s a good sense of comradery amongst coworkers, which makes me feel optimistic about my future with the company. Even though there’s a lot of work to do every day, the work environment is still positive and everyone has a great attitude. I haven’t seen us go through any real struggles yet, but I hope they’ll be handled well.

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Flexible hybrid work.

      Cons

      Constant layoffs. I was laid off 7 months after starting, while on a business trip in a Kroger parking lot, with no explanation given. Layoff process was pathetic, no communication and had to threaten a lawyer to receive my severance payout. American politics are often discussed by Canadian upper management. Foul, unprofessional language is frequently used. Very unprofessional, unstable work environment. I would recommend looking anywhere else for employment.
