      Pros

      Lots of things to like about the company, and leadership is definitely one of them. They take good care of us by making sure that we’re happy with our jobs, and they check in with us from time to time to see if we have any new feedback. Besides that, they leave us alone for the most part. I never liked being micromanaged, and I’m happy I have a job where I’m trusted to work independently.

      Cons

      The shifts are long which can be taxing on your body.

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Flexible hybrid work.

      Cons

      Constant layoffs. I was laid off 7 months after starting, while on a business trip in a Kroger parking lot, with no explanation given. Layoff process was pathetic, no communication and had to threaten a lawyer to receive my severance payout. American politics are often discussed by Canadian upper management. Foul, unprofessional language is frequently used. Very unprofessional, unstable work environment. I would recommend looking anywhere else for employment.
