      •12hr Shift •Too much overtime(depending on person) •Co workers can be rude

      Thank you for your feedback on the shift length. Team Member engagement surveys are conducted annually and we always ask for feedback around shift preferences. Once again this year our Team Member survey results indicated a preference for 12 hour shifts. We will continue to ask these type of questions.

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Flexible hybrid work.

      Cons

      Constant layoffs. I was laid off 7 months after starting, while on a business trip in a Kroger parking lot, with no explanation given. Layoff process was pathetic, no communication and had to threaten a lawyer to receive my severance payout. American politics are often discussed by Canadian upper management. Foul, unprofessional language is frequently used. Very unprofessional, unstable work environment. I would recommend looking anywhere else for employment.
