Cons
Not enough support for quality, very long hours, management pretends to care but they dont, toxic work environment. Production department and product perks come before all others and does not match the mission and vision.

Pros
Good pay and benefits. Flexible hybrid work.
Cons
Constant layoffs. I was laid off 7 months after starting, while on a business trip in a Kroger parking lot, with no explanation given. Layoff process was pathetic, no communication and had to threaten a lawyer to receive my severance payout.
American politics are often discussed by Canadian upper management. Foul, unprofessional language is frequently used. Very unprofessional, unstable work environment. I would recommend looking anywhere else for employment.
