      Paystub. Chance of getting higher position.

      Cons

      Maintenance team is not very supportive. They wont teach much and expect you to do well within 2 months. No time to peacefully solve problem. No life after working 12.5 hours rotation shift+ commute.

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Flexible hybrid work.

      Cons

      Constant layoffs. I was laid off 7 months after starting, while on a business trip in a Kroger parking lot, with no explanation given. Layoff process was pathetic, no communication and had to threaten a lawyer to receive my severance payout. American politics are often discussed by Canadian upper management. Foul, unprofessional language is frequently used. Very unprofessional, unstable work environment. I would recommend looking anywhere else for employment.
